This year´s World Cup circuit for women teams started in Wroclaw , Poland in the end of March. Same time university teams were competing for EUSA Cup medals.
European University Sports Association (EUSA) collected this time six teams while there were some cancellations unfortunately. Victory went to Rostov-on-Don Institute of Physical Culture team (RUS), silver medals to another Russian team from Moscow Pedagogical state university and bronze to Ukraine Harkov state Akademy of Physical Culture. Other participants were from Estonia, Poland and Turkey.
Team Oscar (RUS) achieved golden medals in first World Cup competition this year. Other podium places went to Madonna, Russia (2.) and Tiklit, Finland (3.). Comparing to previous years it seems that some top teams still keep focus more in training in the beginning of World Cup tour. Audience enjoyed many interesting performances and especially team from Czech Sokol Velky Tynec has moved forward. Next event will take place in Austria, Graz in the middle of April.
Local organizer AZS Wroclaw hosted a fantastic event, so special thanks for Ms Renata Kopczyk and Ms Barbara Jankowska and for Mr Adam Roczek. Teams were very pleased with all arrangements.
